Busby House Removals is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Rockhampton, QLD. This is a casual position that can potentially become permanent, offering flexibility and variety in your work. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in our House Removals operations, contributing to the successful completion of House Removal projects across our diverse service offerings. This role is essential to maintaining the quality and safety standards that our clients depend on.

What we're looking for

• A recognised carpentry qualification or apprenticeship completion in the building trades
• Proven experience working as a Carpenter in the construction, or related building trades
• Sound knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and best practices in carpentry
• Physical fitness and capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working at heights when required
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Current driver's licence is desirable
• Knowledge of demolition or asbestos-related work is advantageous but not essential
