Modus Projects in Australia is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our Facilities Maintenance team. You’ll perform planned and reactive carpentry across commercial, retail and community assets, delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Requirements include a Trade Certificate in Carpentry, current driver's licence, White Card, and 1–3 years' experience. You’ll have a fully maintained company vehicle, phone, tablet and fuel card, plus excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or equivalent required.
• Current Driver's Licence mandatory.
• Construction Induction Card (White Card) required.
• 1–3 years' experience in commercial/retail or facilities maintenance carpentry.
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Current cleared Police Check and approved medical mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned and reactive carpentry maintenance.
• Undertake repairs and general carpentry works.
• Maintain commercial, retail and community facilities to a high standard.
• Identify faults and solve problems efficiently.
• Work safely and in line with standards and service requirements.
• Coordinate with utilities, contractors and service providers as needed.
• Complete jobs with minimal disruption to occupants and customers.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service on every job.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day will be different. You\'ll use your carpentry skills to maintain, repair and improve a range of client assets while delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

You\'ll:
