Job summary

Ruby Homes in New South Wales is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our residential construction team in Oakville (NSW 2765). In this full-time role you will construct, install, and finish timber structures and bespoke features according to client plans.

You will read technical drawings, measure and cut accurately, and collaborate with the site team to ensure high-quality results while maintaining safety and code compliance on every project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential carpentry or related trade.
• Ability to read building plans and measurements.
• Knowledge of Australian building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair frameworks, structures, and fixtures for residential homes.
• Build and install custom features such as cabinetry, furniture, and fittings based on client requirements.
• Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials for bespoke construction tasks.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure client needs are met efficiently and professionally.
• Adhere to safety regulations and building codes to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all carpentry work meets our high standards.
• Assist with any other tasks or duties as directed by the Employer.

About the Role

Ruby Homes is looking for a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this full-time position based in Oakville, NSW 2765, you'll play a key role in the construction, installation, and finishing of timber structures and custom features in our residential projects

Key Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair frameworks, structures, and fixtures for residential homes.
• Build and install custom features such as cabinetry, furniture, and fittings based on client requirements.
