About the Role

Ruby Homes is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to join our residential construction team on a full-time basis in Oakville, NSW 2765. As a Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and finishing work across a variety of custom-built homes, ensuring the final presentation of each project meets our company’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and applying primer.
• Apply paints, stains, and other finishes to surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, and furniture.
• Ensure finishes are applied to the highest standard and within the required timelines.
• Mix and match paints to ensure consistency of colour.
• Repair or replace damaged woodwork, plaster, and other surfaces as necessary.
• Ensure all work complies with Australian safety and quality standards.
• Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment.

About You
