CMK BUILD PTY LTD CMK Build Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time qualified Carpenter to support the delivery of high-quality residential and commercial projects across the Gold Coast. The role involves constructing, installing, and repairing structural elements, interpreting building plans, and ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards. Candidates should have a Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent), demonstrated experience in the trade, strong practical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Task & responsibilities

• Interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine materials, measurements, and construction methods
• Cutting, shaping, and assembling materials to construct structural elements such as walls, frameworks, and roofing
• Installing fixtures and fittings including doors, windows, staircases, and cabinetry
• Repairing and renovating existing structures as required
• Operating a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensuring all work complies with relevant safety standards and building codes

Qualification & experience

• Demonstrated experience as a Carpenter (minimum of 1 year)
• A relevant trade qualification (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, construction techniques, and materials
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• A valid driver’s licence and/or access to reliable transport
