Job summary

DCM Building Co is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Brisbane. You will construct, erect, install and repair timber structures using hand and power tools, following technical drawings and safety standards.

Key tasks include reading drawings, measuring and cutting timber, installing timber frameworks, and selecting materials. You must work well in a team, stay organized under pressure, and deliver quality work on schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry.
• Able to liaise confidently with other trades people and company contacts.
• A 'can do, get it right first time' attitude.
• Be consistent and able to work well in a team.
• Be able to perform well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
