Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking motivated and safety-focused Part Time Cargo Warehouse Agents to join the Sydney T1 Cargo team. You will be responsible for cargo handling tasks at Sydney Airport, including sorting, packing and unpacking freight.

Candidates must hold a current forklift license and a valid driver's license, be fluent in English, and be willing to work a 7-day rotating roster. The role requires reliability and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently seeking motivated and safety-focused Part Time Cargo Warehouse Agents to join our Sydney T1 Cargo team.

Suitable candidates will be required to deliver a range of Cargo services including sorting out, packing and unpacking freight based at Sydney Airport, T1.

Candidate requirements

Current Forklift license is required

Motivation and flexibility to work on a 7-day rotational shift roster as per flight schedules

Must be reliable and motivated to work

Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and ability to meet critical deadlines

Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously

Strong client delivery focused.

Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 32kg

Be fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills

Must hold a current Drivers License

Perform duties which focus on ‘hands-on’ activities in areas which are directly and indirectly associated with freight handling, including receipt and dispatch, sort or breakdown of cargo to customer specifications.

Well presented

Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment.
