Job summary

G'day Group, owner of Discovery Parks, is seeking a Groundskeeper for their parks in Victoria, including the Halls Gap area. You will contribute to an exceptional guest experience by maintaining grounds, assisting with park operations, and performing maintenance across park facilities.

Ideal candidates have grounds keeping experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to operate maintenance equipment safely. Weekend, public holiday, and after-hours cover may be required.

• Experience in grounds keeping and property maintenance.
• Sound computer skills.
• Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and after-hours.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Delivering exceptional guest experience
• Front Office administration
• Upkeep of grounds and gardens
• Maintenance tasks across all park assets and facilities
• Ensure the Park is compliant with all safety and brand standards
• Daily park operational tasks including after hours/on call cover

What we look for

• Previous experience in grounds keeping and property maintenance
• Sound computer skills
• Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment
• Excellent time management skills
• Great communication and relationship building skills
• Pool maintenance experience would be advantageous
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, evenings and assist with after hours call outs.
• Current drivers licence essential
