Arafmi Mental Health Carer Peak Team is seeking a Resource and Training Development Project Officer to co-design and deliver high-quality information resources and train-the-trainer training to strengthen AOD health literacy and service navigation for carers, families, and kin across Queensland. This full-time maximum-term role supports the community in Greater Brisbane and surrounding regions.

Qualificações

• Experience consulting with stakeholders to understand information and capacity-building needs.
• Extensive design experience across resources and learning products.
• Experience with diverse educational technologies to design engaging learning experiences.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Independence and strong self-management and project organisation skills.
• Ability to obtain a working with children check (Blue Card) and national police check.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on delivering project actions, client liaison, reporting, monitoring and evaluation.
• Review literature and the service context of the project.
• Consult with service providers, families, carers and kin for training needs within AOD context.
• Co-design and pilot engaging health literacy resources for families and carers.
• Facilitate a reference group for input on resources.
• Develop and pilot a train-the-trainer program for uptake of resources.
• Implement validation and evaluation processes for training content.
• Develop learning materials for face-to-face and online delivery.
