Job summary

The a2 Milk Company Australia is seeking a passionate Careline Advisor to join our ANZ Marketing team in Southbank. You’ll provide product support, manage multiple contact channels, and escalate complex queries to qualified resources to ensure accurate, timely guidance.

Reporting to the ANZ Nutrition Lead, you’ll develop nutrition FAQs, training materials and escalation guidance, while leading Careline governance and global reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consumer-facing careline, health or nutrition setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication with empathy and accuracy.
• Ability to lead without authority and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to consumer and healthcare enquiries with empathy and accuracy.
• Manage phone, email, website and social media contact points.
• Maintain records in case-management systems and escalate as needed.
• Lead Careline governance and global reporting, including PowerBI templates.
• Develop and maintain nutrition FAQs and escalation guidance.
• Train Careline teams on product information and escalation requirements.
• Identify trends and opportunities from Careline data and competitor activity.
• Capture consumer insights to inform future strategies.
