Dovida is seeking a caring caregiver to support seniors in their homes with companionship, daily tasks, and personal care. You will join a national provider delivering high-quality, person-centered home care and be matched with nearby clients based on shared interests and languages.

The role offers flexible hours, a casual contract, and in-house training to help you grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• Have a big heart and patience while improving the lives of seniors and their families.
• Be personable, compassionate and able to build relationships.
• Must be located within desired areas and willing to travel a reasonable distance between clients.
• Must have permanent or temporary rights to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assist with daily tasks.
• Assist with personal care as needed and report changes.
• Support clients with transportation and errands as required.
• Engage respectfully to maintain client independence and dignity.

As a Caregiver with Dovida, you’ll provide more than just support to your clients - you will become an essential part of their Circle of Care. Whether it’s assisting with daily tasks, offering companionship, or providing more complex care, you will bring kindness, respect and understanding into their home.

ABOUT YOU

• Have a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families.
• Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships.
• Must be located within desired areas and willing to travel a reasonable distance from client to client.
• Must have a laptop/tablet and mobile smart phone to be able to navigate through various applications.
• Must have avalid Australian opendriver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance.
• Available 3+ days in the week

Applicants must have permanent or temporary rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.
