Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; forklift license is ideal.
• Willingness to learn products, systems, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Pick, pack and stock control activities.
• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in-person and over the phone.
• Maintain a safe, organised branch environment.
• Continue upskilling with on-the-job training.
