Job summary

Reece Group in Unanderra, NSW is seeking a friendly, customer‑focused team member for the Trade Counter. You’ll help plumbers and tradespeople access the products they need and perform essential branch tasks to keep the showroom and yard running smoothly.

No plumbing experience is required—training is provided on day one, with online learning and ongoing courses. A valid driver’s licence is essential, forklift is a bonus, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow within our network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.
• Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech‑savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence. Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
• Providing customer service and information about products.
• Providing quotes both in-person and over the phone.
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
• Continue upskilling with tailored on-the-job training initiatives.
