BaptistCare is seeking a Care Worker for At Home Services in Leeton and surrounds. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, household tasks and personal care in clients’ homes, while building meaningful relationships with them.

This permanent part-time position (up to 20 hours per fortnight) requires a valid Australian driver licence, reliable vehicle and the ability to travel between client locations.

About the Role

As aCare Worker supporting clients across Leetonand surrounds you will be required to travel between multiple client locations throughout these service areas as part of your day-to-day responsibilities. You will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes. You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

Permanent Part-time (up to 20 hours per fortnight) opportunity with Wednesday availability required.

How We Support You

• Earn $34.42/hr (unqualified) - $36.23/hr (qualified) plus superannuation per hour + paid travel time and mileage between clients

What You'll Bring

You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience. You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
