Job summary

Blackall Range Care Group is seeking casual Support Workers to join our community-based aged care and disability services on the Sunshine Coast. Roles are flexible with Wednesday and Friday shifts and opportunities for additional hours, working across Nambour and surrounding Northern Sunshine Coast communities.

We value people-first culture, offer salary packaging, flexible rostering, on-the-job training, and mileage reimbursement; sponsorship not available; full working rights required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Support Worker, Community Support Worker, AIN, Disability Support Worker, or similar role.
• Availability on Wednesdays and Fridays, with capacity to work additional shifts as required.
• Reliable transport and willingness to work across the Nambour region including Northern Sunshine Coast areas.

What We are Looking For

Must-haves:
