Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency is seeking a Casual Case Support Worker in Preston to deliver culturally respectful assistance to clients and carers, supporting transportation, appointments and participation in educational, therapeutic, cultural and leisure activities within funded Case plans.
You will work with Care Services teams and report to the relevant Case Manager and Team Leader to plan and coordinate for children and families receiving support.

The Case Support Worker delivers culturally respectful assistance to clients and/or carers, aiding in tasks like transportation, appointment attendance, and participation in educational, therapeutic, cultural, or leisure activities within the client's Case plan and allocated funding. The Case Support Worker works alongside the Care Services teams (TCP, Kinship, Foster Care). The Case Support Worker will collaborate with the relevant Case Manager and Team Leader, who lead planning for the children and families receiving support.
