Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a frontline carer to support residents with nutrition and dining at Temptestowe Manor, Melbourne. You will assist with meal preparation, service, and presentation while honoring individual preferences and dietary needs.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work flexibly in a care setting. Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is valued, with police and NDIS checks required prior to starting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Previous restaurant and/or commercial kitchen experience is highly regarded.
• Willingness to obtain a police check and/or NDIS Worker Check before commencement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation, delivery, presentation and serving to residents.
• Support residents with meal choices and dining preferences.
• Ensure accurate nutrition and diet information is maintained.
• Prepare and maintain dining areas to meet individual needs.
• Provide social and emotional support during mealtimes with empathy and respect.
