BaptistCare is seeking a friendly Barista for The Gracewood Community, Sydney. This permanent part-time role is 20 hours per week, with 4 hours per day from Monday to Friday.

Our ideal candidate will be a qualified Barista and have all-round café experience – front of house and back of house. You should have a warm and welcoming disposition and empathy for older people, along with a genuine alignment to BaptistCare's purpose, vision and values. You will need to be available for shifts Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day.
