Ozcare is seeking a full-time Care Partner in Bundaberg to support older clients living independently at home. You will plan, manage and lead client care across programs, coordinating Ozcare's multidisciplinary teams and other services to deliver effective care.
Responsibilities include developing care plans, liaising with clients and families, and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation while improving quality and efficiency. Flexible start/finish times and caring environment provided.

Our Ozcare Aged Care at Home Branch in Bundaberg is looking for a full-time Care Partner to add value to their team. If you are a compassionate individual who can help support our older generation in living independently then this role is for you.
You'll be responsible for planning, managing and leading client care and support across a range of programs. You'll also play a key role in coordinating the involvement of Ozcare's multi-disciplinary teams and other services to support effective care.
