Job summary

Redstone Recruitment is seeking a Lead clinical role on the NSW Mid North Coast with a salary of around $130k+ super. The position offers real input shaping the role, strong work/life balance, and the chance to work within a large health and aged care provider committed to person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Leadership experience in residential aged care.
• Experience in clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Ability to coach and inspire multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical governance, quality improvement and compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
• Provide clinical oversight across a 70+ bed home with a dedicated memory support unit
• Directly manage two Clinical Care Coordinators and Registered Nurses
• Coach and mentor the clinical team to embed continuous improvement into daily practice
• Report directly to the Home Manager, driving a culture beyond task-based care
