We are seeking an enthusiastic Care Manager to join our team at Pacific Lodge Aged Care Plus Centre, located in Collaroy, NSW.
Pacific Lodge is a modern 50 bed Aged Care Centre. Located in Collaroy, just minutes from one of Sydney’s best beaches, the facility sits harmoniously within a bushland setting. Our staff and chaplains go beyond the clinical to cater for the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of our residents.
As a Care Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Centre Manager, ensuring clinical governance and overseeing the multidisciplinary care team. This role is ideal for someone who values clinical excellence and is dedicated to creating a compassionate, homely environment for our residents.
