Respect Group Limited is seeking an experienced Care Manager for our Yallambee – Millmerran facility. This full-time, onsite leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care while mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with residents, families and clinical staff to ensure safe, tailored care that enhances quality of life. Required RN registration with AHPRA, a Bachelor in Nursing, and at least 3 years in residential aged care.
