Respect Group Limited is seeking an experienced Care Manager for our Yallambee – Millmerran facility. This full-time, onsite leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care while mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with residents, families and clinical staff to ensure safe, tailored care that enhances quality of life. Required RN registration with AHPRA, a Bachelor in Nursing, and at least 3 years in residential aged care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in nursing and current registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 3 years of residential aged care experience.
- Strong knowledge of aged care quality standards and legislation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents.
- Mentor and empower staff; promote clinical excellence and team capability.
- Ensure duty of care, governance, and compliance with policies.
