Job summary

Respect Group Limited is seeking a full-time Care Manager for Chaffey House in Merbein, Victoria. You will work with the General Manager and clinical team to guide care delivery, support staff capability and ensure residents receive care that is respectful, consistent and aligned with individual needs.

The role is based in a welcoming home offering 24-hour residential care, palliative care and respite. A not-for-profit employer with development opportunities and a supportive leadership

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration is required.
• Must lead, support or mentor care teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Care Manager to join the team at Chaffey House. Based in Merbein, Victoria, we offer a welcoming home, surrounded by vineyards, gardens and river flats. We offer 24 hour residential care, palliative care and short term respite care.

You will work closely with the General Manager and clinical team, helping guide care delivery, support staff capability and ensure residents receive care that is respectful, consistent and aligned with their individual needs.

About You

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in aged care.

• Current National Police Certificate.
