Job summary

Respect is seeking a full-time Care Manager based in Merbein, Victoria, to lead care delivery and guide the clinical team in delivering respectful, individualized resident care.

You will work closely with the General Manager, supporting staff capability, ensuring consistent outcomes, and upholding quality care across a 24-hour residential setting. This not-for-profit organisation offers development opportunities and a supportive leadership environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with AHPRA.
• Strong clinical knowledge in aged care.
• Experience leading or mentoring care teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Current National Police Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Care Manager to join the team at Chaffey House. Based in Merbein, Victoria, we offer a welcoming home, surrounded by vineyards, gardens and river flats. We offer 24 hour residential care, palliative care and short term respite care.

You will work closely with the General Manager and clinical team, helping guide care delivery, support staff capability and ensure residents receive care that is respectful, consistent and aligned with their individual needs.
