Job summary

Respect is the largest aged care provider in regional Australia. Chaffey House in Merbein, Victoria seeks a full-time Care Manager to guide care delivery and support the clinical team, ensuring residents receive respectful, consistent care aligned with their needs.

You will work with the General Manager and clinical team to enhance staff capability and maintain high care standards in a 24-hour residential setting.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in aged care.
• Experience leading, supporting or mentoring care teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
• Genuine commitment to quality care and resident outcomes.
• Current National Police Certificate.
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Guide care delivery to residents, ensuring respectful, consistent care.
• Support staff capability and mentoring within the care team.
• Collaborate with General Manager and clinical team on care strategies.
