Qualifications

• Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA.
• Experience in aged care as a Senior RN or Clinical Nurse Leader is desirable.
• Infection Prevention and Control qualification is desirable.
• Knowledge of aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes, and AN-ACC.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to: * Commitment to ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all resident* Knowledge of the aged care sector, standards* Sound understanding of processes needed to respond to clinical and quality audits using the principles of continuous improvement.* Developing, monitoring and implementing nurse care plans + assessing, planning and evaluating existing care plans* Performing comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidents* Participating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Bolton Clarke policies and procedures.* Actively supervising, training, and mentoring all RNs and PCWs**About You** The successful candidate must meet the following criteria: * Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA* Experience within Aged Care Sector as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Leader (desirable)* Infection Prevention and Control Qualification (desirable)* Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes, and AN-ACC* Personal and professional commitment to delivering high quality care, the development of yourself and your staff, and the overall continuous improvement of the home* Solid leadership skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)* Complete a police check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement **About this location:**Our Lexington Gardens home offers the ultimate comfort and secure environment.
