SA Health, Northern Adelaide Local Health Network, is seeking a Research Assistant to support cardiology research at Lyell McEwin Hospital. The role is part-time, fixed-term, and pro rata until 16 November 2028, supporting data collection, ethics documentation, and literature reviews.

The position requires a Bachelor degree and experience in health research methods, with emphasis on data management and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience or academic exposure to clinical or health research methods.
• Solid understanding of research ethics, confidentiality, and Good Clinical Practice.
• Strong attention to detail with confident data management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Responsabilités

• Assist with data collection, entry, and quality checking across active cardiology research projects.
• Coordinate participant recruitment, consent processes, and follow-up in line with ethical approvals.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to regulatory and ethics documentation.
• Support researchers and clinicians with literature reviews and project reporting.
