Job summary

St John of God Bendigo Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Cath Lab team. The role focuses on cardiac and interventional nursing, delivering patient-centred care before, during and after procedures.

A minimum of 5 years’ nursing experience is preferred, with Cath Lab or cardiac exposure highly regarded. You will work with cardiologists and a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment, ensuring safe and effective care and contributing to positive patient

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current registration in Australia (AHPRA).
• Experience in Cath Lab, cardiac, perioperative or procedural settings is highly regarded.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient-centred nursing care for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Conduct pre-, intra- and post-procedural nursing care in the Cath Lab.
• Perform pre-procedure assessments and manage patient safety and comfort.
