Job summary

Recruit Shop Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on caravan workshop technician to prepare, service, repair, and deliver caravans. You will work directly with the Workshop Manager and be responsible for inspections, installations, and customer handovers, ensuring top workmanship and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable transport to work sites.
• Mechanical, automotive, auto‑electrical, or 12V installation experience.
• Strong fault‑finding, troubleshooting, and technical problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork capabilities.
• Strong time management, organisation, and self‑motivated work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Complete caravan inspections and preparation for customer handovers.
• Install caravan accessories, electrical systems, and upgrades.
• Perform servicing, maintenance, repairs, and fault rectification work.
• Conduct customer handovers and demonstrate caravan systems.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams professionally.
• Follow workshop procedures, quality standards, and checklists.
