Job summary

Zoom Carwash Holland Park in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to lead our Holland Park operation. You will head up daily site operations, drive team performance and deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role involves preventative maintenance, controlling costs, boosting Wash Club uptake and ensuring the site presents well. You’ll work with an established leadership team and report to the owners.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience essential; able to lead 12+ staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a process-driven business.
• Strong organisational skills to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
• Focus on customer service and quality control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; build strong relationships with staff, customers and suppliers.
• Current driver’s licence and forklift licence required.
• Trade background in electrical or plumbing highly regarded.
• Car wash experience preferred, but not essential.

About the role

We’re seeking an ambitious, physically fit, highly motivated Manager to lead ourHolland Park site. This active, hands‑on role combines team leadership, equipment maintenance and commercial responsibility within our established systems and proven car wash model.

You’ll take charge of:

Daily operations, team performance and exceptional customer service.

Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and reducing downtime.

Sales growth, Wash Club memberships, labour costs and profitability.

Site presentation, safety and operational standards.

You’ll bring:

Proven management experience is essential, with the ability to lead 12 or more staff in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience in a similar role within a process driven business.

Strong organisational skills to juggle priorities, meet deadlines and stay composed under pressure.

A focus on customer service and quality control.

A positive attitude, commitment and pride in your work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers and suppliers.

A current driver’s licence and relevant forklift licence.

A trade background, particularly electrical or plumbing, and mechanical experience are highly regarded.Car wash experience is preferred, but not essential.
