Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial cleaning environment is advantageous.
• Experience operating ride-on scrubbers and car park sweepers is preferred.
• Hold a current and valid driver's licence.
• Proven ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.
• Understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard.
• Spot cleaning of furnishings and surfaces.
• Sweep and mop floors; toilet cleaning and rubbish removal.
• Clean internal and external glass.
• Operate ride-on scrubbers and car park sweepers as required.
• Scrub and maintain hard floor surfaces with ride-on equipment.

The Role:

Millennium have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to become part of our team at Randwick NSW !

This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

We have multiple Full time positions available, with shifts across weekends and weekdays.

This position will be based on award wages.

ROSTER:

Monday to Thursday and Sunday - 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard
• Spot cleaning of furnishings
• Sweeping and mopping
• Toilet cleaning.
• Rubbish collection
• Cleaning of glass, both internal and external
• Dusting of all hard surfaces
• Sweeping car parks, driveways, walkways, and surrounding grounds to remove litter, dirt, leaves, and debris.
• Operating ride-on scrubbers and car park sweepers to clean and maintain internal and external areas.
• Scrubbing and cleaning hard floor surfaces using ride-on cleaning equipment to maintain a high standard of presentation.

About You:

• Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment would be an advantage.
• Experience operating ride-on scrubbers and car park sweepers is preferred.
• Experience in commercial cleaning and floor maintenance.
• Hold a current and valid driver's licence.
• Proven experience of working in a team successfully.
• The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.
• Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.
• Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.
