Job summary

Millennium Services Group in Adelaide is seeking enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to join our team at retail sites. This part-time role focuses on delivering high standards of cleanliness and a welcoming environment for clients and customers.

You will perform general cleaning, spot furnishings, sweep and mop, toilet cleaning, rubbish collection, glass cleaning, and floor care. The roster includes early morning shifts on Monday from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM, with award-rate pay and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial cleaning environment preferred.
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible with hours including holidays.
• Knowledge of Work Health and Safety standards.
• Experience with floor care equipment is a plus.

The Role:

Millennium has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable Cleaners to become part of our team at one of our retail sites!

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and take pride in creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

We have a part-time position available with the following roster:

Monday: 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM

This position is paid in accordance with the applicable award rates.

Key Responsibilities:

·Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard

·Spot cleaning of furnishings

·Sweeping and mopping

·Toilet cleaning.

·Rubbish collection

·Cleaning of glass, both internal and external

·Dusting of all hard surfaces

About You:

·Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment would be an advantage.

·Proven experience of working in a team successfully.

·The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.

·Strong attention to detail.

·Excellent customer service skills.

·Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.

·Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.

·Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.

·Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.
