Job summary

Wilmar Sugar Australia is seeking a Capital Planner to develop detailed work plans, schedules, and resource requirements for capital projects within approved programs. You will work closely with engineering, maintenance, and project teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery and alignment with asset management.

The role emphasizes improving asset reliability and sustainability through effective planning, SAP maintenance management, and strong stakeholder collaboration across heavy industry.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating maintenance, operational, or capital works in heavy industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (PM, PS, IM) and CMMS platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates and resource requirements for capital projects to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Maintain SAP master data, including equipment records, maintenance plans, task lists and BOMs.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, inventory and project teams to coordinate capital project delivery and improve operational performance.
• Support development and implementation of capital programs with governance, standards and asset management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes and identifying efficiencies for long-term asset sustainability.
