St Kevin’s College is seeking an organised and proactive project professional to coordinate projects from conception to close. The role is 0.8 FTE and ongoing, commencing February 2027, based at St Kevin’s College in Melbourne.

You will have at least 2 years in a similar role with qualifications in a relevant discipline, strong collaboration and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive projects to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Qualifications in a relevant discipline.
• Strong collaboration, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate projects through their lifecycle from start to finish.
• Prepare business cases for project proposals and approvals.
• Oversee defects management and ensure timely resolution.
