St Kevin’s College is seeking an organised and proactive project professional to coordinate projects from conception to close. The role is 0.8 FTE and ongoing, commencing February 2027, based at St Kevin’s College in Melbourne.

You will have at least 2 years in a similar role with qualifications in a relevant discipline, strong collaboration and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive projects to successful outcomes.

We are seeking an organised and proactive project professional who thrives on bringing projects to life. The successful candidate will coordinate projects throughout their lifecycle, from preparing business cases, through to defects management.

The position is part time (0.8) ongoing commencing in February 2027.

About You:

You have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, with qualifications in a relevant discipline. With strong collaboration, conflict resolution, negotiationskills, you will build positive stakeholder relationships, navigate challenges effectively and drive your projects towards successful outcomes
