Anglicare Sydney is seeking an experienced Capital Works & Renovations Manager to lead capital works and residential renovation programs across our Retirement Living property portfolio in Sydney. You will guide project delivery, commercial management, and people leadership to achieve portfolio-wide impact.
You will report to the Head of Portfolio Asset Management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with high quality, cost controls, and timely completion.

Anglicare is looking for an experienced Capital Works & Renovations Manager to lead the delivery of capital works and residential renovation programs across our diverse Retirement Living property portfolio. This is an opportunity for an experienced property or construction professional to combine project delivery, commercial management, people leadership and continuous improvement in a role with genuine portfolio-wide impact.
Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Asset Management, you will take portfolio-wide responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and consistently, with a strong focus on quality, cost, timelines, procurement, and risk. You will have scope to improve standards, strengthen commercial outcomes, develop your team, and contribute to quality environments for the people and communities we serve.
You will have proven experience leading capital works, renovations, or construction projects within complex property environments, backed by strong commercial acumen, project delivery expertise and people leadership skills. You will be a confident communicator who can effectively manage stakeholders, contractors and competing priorities while consistently delivering quality outcomes.
