ClearHire is seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer / Candidate Manager to support our recruiter and build a pipeline of candidates for civil construction projects across Adelaide. Source candidates through job boards, our database, social media and referrals. Phone-screen candidates for experience, availability and suitability.

Recruit excavator operators, plant operators and civil labourers. Check tickets and licences, coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing.
• Civil construction or blue-collar recruitment experience preferred.
• Confident on the phone, organised and quick to follow up.
• Comfortable working independently from home.
