Job summary

Staffstream is seeking an Associate Consultant for a Civil Construction desk in South-East Queensland. You will source, screen, register, and match blue-collar civil construction candidates to live vacancies, then coordinate video interviews with the Director.

The role targets high activity and daily outcomes, with remote work open to Philippines-based candidates and standard business hours aligned to Brisbane time.

Qualifications

• Prior recruitment experience, preferably high-volume/temporary roles.
• Ability to source candidates and conduct outbound calls.
• Experience using recruitment CRMs; JobAdder is a plus.
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing through job boards/databases.
• Excellent written and spoken English with Australian candidates.
• Comfort with daily activity targets and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via JobAdder, SEEK, LinkedIn and databases.
• Screen candidates against live vacancies and explain requirements clearly.
• Manage registrations, resumes, IDs and compliance documents.
• Match candidates to live jobs and build shortlists.
• Arrange and record candidate video interviews with the Director.
• Maintain active candidate pools and track progress in CRM.
