Job summary

Multiplex in Canberra is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to join our Lyric Theatre Project or Northside Hospital Project. You will lead subcontractor teams, supervise day-to-day activities, and ensure work meets safety, time and quality standards.

You will schedule short-term programs, liaise with subcontractors and consultants, and keep the Site Manager informed. You will mentor junior team members and foster a safe, collaborative work environment to deliver projects on budget and on

Qualifications

• Experience supervising site activities on mid to large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of structures, steel, fit-out, finishes and services.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure safety, time and quality standards are met.
• Schedule short-term work programs and coordinate with subcontractors and consultants.
