Job summary

The successful candidate will work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions while maintaining system stability and reliability. An active NV2 clearance is mandatory to be considered for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in DevOps, automation, scripting or operational engineering in complex technology environments.
• Practical knowledge of contemporary DevOps practices, deployment methodologies and engineering toolsets.
• Experience supporting system integrations and APIs, plus environment configuration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for sustainable tech solutions.
• Experience in highly regulated government or critical infrastructure environments is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployments, release implementation and validation activities.
• Design, develop and maintain automation and scripting solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Support environment administration, configuration management and platform stability.
• Develop, implement and support system integrations and API-based solutions.
• Maintain and enhance operational tooling, monitoring and observability capabilities.
• Contribute to platform maintenance, lifecycle management and continuous service improvement.
• Investigate complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis to remediate.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to enable secure, reliable delivery.
