Qualifications

• CPV certified valuer (residential or commercial) looking to work across a broad range of assets as part of a growing commercial team.
• Self-motivated with accurate research and data management capabilities.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive commercial valuations across sectors, including subdivisions, government projects and mortgage work.
• Manage the valuation process end-to-end, from inspections to compiling market data and high-quality reports.
• Utilise market data and advanced tools to deliver precise valuations.
