Job summary

Programmed is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to lead a Scheduler team in Canberra. You will oversee day-to-day administrative and scheduling services, ensure efficient service delivery, and maintain high standards for customers and suppliers in a dynamic, KPI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing a team in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Demonstrated KPI-driven performance delivery and service targets.
• Experience working with schedulers, contractors and suppliers.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end work order process from raising to completion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder relations.
• Proactive, hands-on leadership style with focus on people.
• Ability to obtain National Police Check and WWVP registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of Schedulers.
• Manage scheduling inboxes and ensure timely allocation of work.
• Coordinate and track delivery of annual planned and capital works programs per contractual requirements and KPIs.
• Monitor forecasts and budgets for projects and clients.
• Raise work orders and oversee end-to-end process to completion.
• Track and report work in progress; provide insights for decision-making.
