Job summary

The Thomas Robert Group is seeking a Campus Store Manager for the Noone Wesley College uniform shop. The role focuses on delivering a personalised uniform service to families and students, supporting colleagues and school partners with a welcoming approach.

Peak back-to-school availability is essential. The successful candidate will have strong communication, customer service skills and experience with POS systems (AP21 advantageous) and WWCC compliance.

Qualifications

• Availability during peak back-to-school period (15 January – 15 February).
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents and students.
• Proficiency with computerised retail POS systems; AP21 experience advantageous.
• Hold or willing to obtain an Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Hold or willing to complete Working with Children certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised, welcoming and professional uniform service to families and communities.
• Assist in daily store operations at the campus shop and coordinate with school partners.
• Ensure accurate POS transactions and maintain customer records.
