Job summary

Hillsong Church Australia in Perth is seeking a part-time Campus Children’s Oversight for 3 days per week as a maternity-cover, 14 months. You will oversee Hillsong Kids at the campus, lead volunteers, engage families, and ensure Safe Church compliance while delivering age-appropriate discipleship programs.

The role emphasizes volunteer leadership, curriculum delivery, and collaborative teamwork with campus leaders to sustain program health and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Ministry, Theology, Education, or a related field (strongly preferred).
• Proven experience in children’s ministry leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to pastorally care for and disciple young people.

Responsibilities

• Upskill, train and invest in all kids’ volunteers.
• Setup leadership structures and provide ongoing support across each service.
• Maintain weekly connection with key volunteers to support, coach, and develop them.
• Oversee development of junior leadership program and Safe Church compliance.
• Be present and engaged at services, support program delivery and curriculum.
