NewHope Baptist Church in Blackburn North, Melbourne, seeks a passionate Kids’ Pastor to lead our Children’s ministry with spiritual and strategic vision. This role emphasizes development of engaging programs, volunteer leadership, and family partnerships.

You will recruit and train volunteers, design Sunday activities for preschool and primary children, and craft discipleship pathways guiding kids through grades toward youth, while collaborating with families to nurture faith.

Qualifications

• Experience in kids ministry leadership and development of programs.
• Ability to recruit, train and empower volunteer teams.
• Strong communication with children, families and volunteers.
• Willingness to pursue theological training if not already obtained.
