Only About Children invites an experienced Campus Director to lead our Brighton East campus in Melbourne. You will drive people, performance, quality and campus operations, and may act as Nominated Supervisor where applicable.

You will champion child safety, staff development, family engagement and high-quality learning experiences while steering budgets, enrolments and daily operations with warmth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Significant early childhood leadership and service management experience.
• Nominated Supervisor or Campus Director experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the NQF, child protection legislation and compliance.
• Ability to manage operations, people, performance, quality and risk.
• Leadership, coaching, communication and decision-making skills.
• A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead campus safety through child safe practices and regulatory compliance.
• Coach leaders and build a strong team culture to empower educators.
• Foster welcoming communities for families and maintain open communication.
• Oversee curriculum quality, QIP and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, enrolments, staffing, occupancy and operations for smooth campus running.
• Make warm, accountable, child-centred decisions to enhance the learning environment.
