Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse groups.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members, clients and associates on campus.
• Respond to enquiries and provide clear information on Allianz health products.
• Support clients with product education and onboarding at the university site.
• Monitor feedback and issues and escalate as appropriate.
• Assist with orientation activities and campus promotions.
