Job summary

Allianz Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Canberra University Campus. This casual, 8-hour-per-week role supports students and campus stakeholders with health insurance products and services.

You will build strong relationships, assist with onboarding and orientation, and help promote products across the university community in a fast-paced campus environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, stakeholder engagement, or a client-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse groups.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a broader team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgement when addressing customer enquiries.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members, clients, and associates.
• Respond to enquiries and provide clear information on Allianz Partners health insurance products and services.
• Support clients with product education and onboarding.
• Monitor and escalation customer feedback, issues, and complaints as appropriate.
• Ensure accessibility to Allianz Partners services during peak periods.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with university stakeholders, including Finance, Administration, Student Support, Marketing, and Health Services teams.
• Coordinate orientation and student engagement activities; promote attendance at events.
