Job summary

GumGum, The Mindset Company™, is seeking an Account Manager in Sydney to manage digital campaigns from setup to optimisation. You will partner with Sales, Creative Services and Programmatic Ad Operations to ensure campaigns hit client targets and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or similar discipline.
2+ years in digital media — account management, media planning and/or customer service in online verticals.
Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts, terminology, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with industry ad tech tools such as DoubleClick, Sizmek, MOAT, IAS, and DV.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Strong time management and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
Diplomacy to manage stakeholders plus proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word/Slides, Sheets, Docs.

Responsibilities

Launch and execute sold campaigns across GumGum's platform while meeting SLAs.
Own the full campaign life cycle from setup to optimisation in collaboration with Sales and Creative Services.
Build real relationships with agency contacts and be trusted to improve campaign performance.
Produce performance reports and insightful recommendations for internal and client use.
Maintain accurate Salesforce and Jira records, IOs, and billing reports for invoicing.
